Cobb Club Terms of Service, Disclosures, and Compliance

1. Nature of Membership

The Cobb Club is an educational and networking program, not an investment fund. Membership does not grant ownership, equity, or guaranteed participation in any Timberview Capital offerings. Members are not comingling or co investing any funds together or as a collective.

2. Legal and Compliance Notes

All investment opportunities are governed by separate Private Placement Memorandums PPMs under Regulation D. Membership fees are for access to education, resources, and community not for investment in any security. Memberships are non refundable after initiation. Renewals may be cancelled with 30 days notice. Timberview Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue benefits, tiers, or pricing at its discretion. Illustrative value ranges are hypothetical and not indicative of future returns.

3. Accreditation and Eligibility

Membership is available only to accredited investors under SEC Regulation D standards. Verification of accreditation may be required prior to participation in certain educational or offering related activities.

4. Confidentiality

All member information and discussions are held in strict confidence under Timberview Capitals privacy policy. Members may not share proprietary materials, frameworks, or session recordings without written consent.

5. Disclaimers

Timberview Capital, its affiliates, and partners do not act as fiduciaries, financial advisors, or investment managers for members. All educational sessions, examples, and discussions are for informational purposes only. Each member is solely responsible for consulting independent legal, tax, and financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

6. Governing Law

This membership and all related matters are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction.
