We are partnering with Tribevest, a company specializing in back-office services for real estate investments. Tribevest ([email protected]) will be your main point of contact and will be reaching out shortly with the next steps to fund this investment. You will be asked to:
- Review and sign offering documents via Dropbox Sign
- Wire funds for the investment
Tribevest will also be assisting with ongoing services through the life of the deal. This includes:
- Access to the Tribevest Portal to set up your banking information and monitor your investment
- Distribution services
- Annual Individual K-1s
