We are working with a company called Tribevest that specializes in back-office services for real estate investments. Christina Santos ([email protected]) is our main point of contact and she will be reaching out shortly with steps on how to fund this investment. You will be asked to:
- Review and sign offering documents via Dropbox Sign
- Wire funds for the investment
Tribevest will also be assisting with ongoing services through the life of the deal. This includes:
- Access to the Tribevest Portal to set up your banking information and monitor your investment
- Distribution services
- Annual Individual K-1s
