Dr. Tyson Cobb, MD
Founder, Timberview Capital
Dr. Tyson Cobb founded Timberview Capital after transitioning from a 20-year career as an orthopedic surgeon into full-time real estate investing. Like many high-income professionals, his income was once tied entirely to active work and long hours.
Seeking a more stable, tax-efficient way to build long-term wealth beyond market volatility, Dr. Cobb turned to real estate investing. In 2019, he stepped away from his surgical group to focus on building passive income and financial independence.
Through that journey, he recognized how difficult it was for individual investors to access high-quality real estate opportunities. Timberview Capital was created to provide investors access to thoroughly vetted opportunities—without the burden of managing properties themselves.
